CATAS Dual-Agent Command Center is an enterprise compliance and treasury dashboard. It visualizes the output of a dual-agent pipeline a Treasury Agent (Isolation Forest anomaly detection) and a Compliance Agent (EU/CBI sanctions rules) that reconciles bank transactions and produces a tamper-evident audit trail. The dashboard shows live KPI metrics, a color-coded transaction ledger (APPROVE / HOLD / BLOCK), and a drill-down audit viewer that reveals exactly why each transaction was approved, held, or blocked, including the rules evaluated, supporting evidence, and a cryptographic audit-chain hash. An “Ask CATAS” AI assistant lets users query any decision in plain English. Built for the Lyzr Architect Hackathon.
