Under the GDPR, all companies must be able to fulfill data or subject access requests. This is an incredibly time consuming process, as evidenced by the fact that companies have up to three months to complete the process. The main time sink here is in redacting sensitive data. Solutions exist for manual redaction based off basic keyword search, but it still involves hundreds of hours of work. This, along with the fact that it is not a value add activity, makes for an ideal opportunity to automate the process and that’s what we have tried to do with autonomous agents!
